We also have considerable experience of the use of arbitration and mediation to resolve employment disputes, acting both as arbitrators or mediators and as advocates in those settings.

We also prepare Employment Contracts and Review Contracts by setting out rights and obligations of both employers and employees and also advise on the creation, structuring and funding of pension schemes, their management and the resolving of any associated disputes.
